• Engaging in deceptive marketing practices or creating links that mislead users about the destination URL's content.

2.3. Intellectual Property Infringement

• Creating links to content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of others. This includes distributing pirated software, music, movies, or other copyrighted materials.

2.4. System Abuse

• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or performance of the Biqli Services or network.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Using automated means (e.g., scraping, bots) to access the Services in a way that exceeds the limits of your plan or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

2.5. Deceptive or Misleading Content

• URL cloaking or using our redirect service to hide the true destination of a link for malicious purposes.
• Promoting scams, pyramid schemes, or other fraudulent investment opportunities.

3. Enforcement

Biqli reserves the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions:

• Deactivate or remove any link or content that violates this policy.
• Issue a warning to the account holder.
• Suspend or terminate your account without notice.
• Report the activity to law enforcement authorities if we believe it is illegal.

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity.
